Matthew Rhoades is a Customer Success Manager at Travelport since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of Product Delivery North America at Corporate Travel Management US, where responsibilities included liaising between business units and product management and documenting product releases. Matthew spent 20 years at Travel and Transport, Inc., progressing from roles such as Travel Advisor to Senior Applications Account Manager, where leadership responsibilities included building an account management support team and developing customer communication strategies. Matthew holds a Certificate in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Travel Careers Institute and furthered education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
