Paula Milton has extensive experience in customer experience and product management, currently serving as Head of Customer Experience Programmes at Travelport since March 2004. Paula has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Product Management, Head of Global Deployment, and Head of Customer Service for the UK and Ireland. Prior to Travelport, Paula worked at Galileo as a Key Account Support Executive from 1995 to 1999, where foundational skills in customer service and operations were developed.
