Susan Madden

Susan Madden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the travel industry, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Alliances & Partnerships at Travelport GDS and the Director of Partnerships & Alliances at Travelport LP since July 2013. Madden's career began with Worldspan by Travelport in 1993, where management roles included Manager of Vendor Relations. Prior to this, Madden owned two independent travel agencies, Bali & Orient Holidays and A Travel Showcase, from May 1987 to December 1992, specializing in travel to Southeast Asia. Earlier experience includes serving as District Sales Manager for Costa Cruise Lines from 1980 to 1986, focusing on market development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Relations from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Covenant College.
