Julio V.

Julio V. has a long and varied work experience. Julio began their career in 2006 as a Java Full Stack Engineer at Snoop Consulting, where they were responsible for software engineering and technical referent tasks for various client projects. In 2011, they moved to Capgemini as a Technical Project Manager and Java Technical Lead, leading teams of up to 17 Java developers and 4 support operators. In 2013, they joined Renxo S.A. as a Java Software Engineer, coordinating and developing new mobile integration functionalities. In 2014, they became IT Manager at ABECEB, where they were responsible for aligning business strategy with IT strategy. In 2015, they joined Mercado Libre as a Grails Software Engineer in the Homes and Publications areas. In 2017, they moved to Almundo as a Technical Lead, leading a team that defined, designed and developed all new features related with BPM processes and Java API's architecture. Finally, in 2020 they joined Ring as a Senior Software Development Engineer, using the AWS ecosystem to build new functionalities related with Ring devices.

Julio V. obtained an Engineer's Degree in Information Systems from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in 2007. In 2009, they obtained a Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition 6.0 certification from Sun Microsystems. In 2011, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from UADE between 2013 and 2014.
