Holly Hitchen

Holly Hitchen is a seasoned professional in communications with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Commercial and Pipeline Communications at Travere Therapeutics since May 2025, Holly previously held the role of Director of External Communications at Pfizer from November 2021 to May 2025. Prior to Pfizer, Holly was Executive Vice President and Account Director at Goodfuse Communications between August 2015 and November 2021, and Account Supervisor at MSL Group from May 2014 to August 2015. Holly began a career in communications as a Senior Account Executive in Healthcare at Hill & Knowlton, where support was provided to pharmaceutical clients on public affairs and clinical/regulatory activities from June 2010 to May 2014. Holly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University in May 2010.
