Terri Almos

Terri Almos is an experienced executive in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Executive Director at Travere Therapeutics since June 2025. Previously, Terri held the position of Worldwide Business Development Executive Director for Immunology at Pfizer from August 2021 to June 2025, focusing on the evaluation of Immunology assets. Prior to Pfizer, Terri was the Business Development Executive Director for Immunology at GlaxoSmithKline from October 2015 to August 2021, where key contributions included the execution of R&D Business Development strategy and establishing collaborations with biotech companies. Earlier roles include Associate Director of In Vitro Pharmacology at Dart Neuroscience, where Terri led significant projects related to CNS targets, and Group Leader at Intellikine Inc, focusing on small molecule inhibitor development. Terri holds a PhD in Immunology and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Neuroscience at The Johns Hopkins University.
