Will Pridgen

Will Pridgen has extensive experience in corporate law, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Will currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Law at Travere Therapeutics since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Biora Therapeutics from November 2020 to May 2023, and also served as Senior Corporate Counsel from June 2018 to November 2020. Before joining Biora Therapeutics, Will worked as the Director of Corporate Law at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from June 2017 to May 2018. Will began their career as an Associate in the Corporate Department at Hogan Lovells, where they worked from September 2007 to January 2016. Will later joined Paul Hastings as an Associate in the Corporate Department from January 2016 to April 2017.

Will Pridgen attended Porter-Gaud School from 1995 to 2000. Will then went on to Duke University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Computer Science. After that, from 2003 to 2007, they attended Columbia Law School and earned their JD degree. Lastly, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued their MBA degree at Columbia Business School.
