Hugh Hutchison

Hugh Hutchison is a partner in the Corporate, M&A, and ECM Department at Travers Smith, where involvement began in September 2012. Prior experience includes serving as a senior associate solicitor in the corporate department, focusing on English corporate law, particularly in infrastructure M&A. Previously, Hugh trained as a solicitor at Maclay Murray & Spens from September 2010 to August 2012, where experience included corporate schemes of arrangement, SPAs, restructurings, and exposure to banking & finance and EU, competition, and regulation matters. Hugh Hutchison holds an LLM in European Private International Law and a DLP in Law from the University of Aberdeen and an LLB in Law from the same institution, with additional education at the University of Deusto.
