Jaryd Davidson

Jaryd Davidson is a Partner at Travers Smith, specializing in private equity transactions and M&A law. They advise private equity houses, sponsor-led investee companies, and management teams throughout the investment cycle. Previously, Jaryd held roles at ENSafrica, where they progressed from Associate to Senior Associate, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. They also gained experience as an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, specializing in energy, and worked as a Candidate Attorney before that. Jaryd earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Cape Town, where they appeared on the Dean's merit list.
