Tosin Adeyeri

Tosin Adeyeri is a partner at Travers Smith since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in corporate law with a strong focus on investment funds. Prior to this role, Tosin served as a corporate lawyer at Proskauer Rose LLP from April 2020 to September 2023, advising UK and international fund managers on private investment funds and secondary portfolio transactions. Earlier experience includes work as a corporate lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis from September 2016 to March 2020, where the practice concentrated on private equity funds, and at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from September 2015 to August 2016, focusing on hedge funds and hybrid funds. Tosin began a legal career as a trainee solicitor at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin from September 2013 to August 2015, gaining diverse training across various legal sectors.
