Mardi Link

Mardi Link is a seasoned columnist for the Traverse City Record-Eagle, contributing a monthly column in the Life section since December 2012. With a writing career that began in journalism, Mardi has authored works since January 2005 and serves as a contributing writer for Traverse City Business News since January 1997. Previous experience includes authorship at the University of Michigan Press from 2008 to 2012, and editorial work at Jenkins Group from 1994 to 1996. Mardi's early career includes reporting for Foster's Daily Democrat from 1984 to 1986. An accomplished academic, Mardi is pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Nonfiction at Queens University of Charlotte, following a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Michigan State University.
