Cécile Julou

Head of Community Management & Customer Service at Travian Games

Cécile Julou is the current head of community management and customer service at Travian Games. Cécile has been with the company for over 10 years, starting as a senior project manager and working their way up to their current position. Prior to Travian Games, Cécile worked as a senior consultant for Client Vela GmbH. Cécile has a passion for video production and social media, and has used their skills to help grow the Travian Games community. Cécile is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the Travian Games community is a safe and welcoming place for all.

Cécile Julou has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strasbourg, which they completed in 2005.
