Lead Community Management & Customer Service at Travian Games

Laure Jäger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laure has worked at Travian Games since 2018, initially as a Customer Service Manager and currently as the Lead Community Management & Customer Service. Prior to that, Laure worked at Wargaming from 2013 to 2018, where they held positions such as Customer Service QA & Training Manager, Licensing & Partnerships Project Manager, and Customer Service Representative - Billing Specialist. Laure also gained experience at Groupe Crédit du Nord in 2012 as an Intern in the Back Office department. Additionally, they worked briefly at Japan Expo in the same year as part of the team organizing and serving as a VIP Hostess.

Laure Jäger began their education at EPF Engineering School, where they completed a Cycle Préparatoire from 2008 to 2010. They then attended Pierre and Marie Curie University from 2010 to 2013, majoring in Informatique. Following their university education, Laure obtained a degree in Handi Management from Companieros. Additionally, Laure obtained certifications in Learning PRINCE2 from LinkedIn and Prince2 Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018.
