Paulina Nurkowska

Paulina Nurkowska has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Paulina worked as a Production Assistant at Tor Film Studio from January 2008 to September 2008. In 2010, they joined Film IT as a Production Assistant and worked until July 2011. From 2014 to February 2015, they worked as a Junior Account Executive at MEC. Paulina then joined Kess Film as a Production Manager from March 2015 to December 2015, where they were responsible for the development phase of a feature film and postproduction supervision for a documentary film. In 2016, they worked as a Multiplatform Programming Manager at Viacom from January 2016 to August 2016. From August 2016 to September 2021, they worked at Kitchen Stories - AJNS New Media GmbH, initially as a Video Producer, then as a Post Production Manager, and finally as a Lead Video Producer/Team Lead. Since September 2021, they have been working at nurkowska.com as a Producer and Project Manager. Paulina'smost recent position is Project Lead at Travian Games since December 2022.

Paulina Nurkowska completed their education at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Paulina earned a Bachelor's Degree in Film and TV Production Management from 2007 to 2010, and subsequently obtained a Master's Degree in Film and TV Directing from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have also received certifications such as Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) from Scrum Alliance, as well as Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org.
