Marshall Cothran

Marshall Cothran has over four decades of extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently, Cothran serves as Chief Strategy Officer and President/CEO at We Are Blood since January 1994, alongside a similar position at Travis County Medical Society since July 1990, where responsibilities include Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President/CEO. Previous roles encompass Controller positions at Precise Power and J.P. Petroleum Products, as well as executive positions at Dallas County Medical Society and Village Property Management. Cothran began a career in finance as a Staff Accountant at EY and served in the US Navy Reserves, achieving the rank of Petty Officer Second Class. Cothran holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington and has pursued studies at Mountain View Community College.
