Madai Montes

Madai Montes is an experienced professional in community engagement and administration, currently serving as a Community Engagement Specialist at Travis County since November 2021. Previously, Madai held the position of Administrative Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin from February 2019 to November 2021. Madai has extensive experience in public policy, having worked as a Public Policy Assistant at Rosie's Place, where responsibilities included educating over 500 guests annually on local and state policy initiatives. Additionally, Madai has a background in sales and hospitality, volunteer recruitment, and fundraising, including roles at Fujishin Family Cellars, The College of Idaho, and various internships in media and outreach. Madai holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from The College of Idaho and has completed an honors diploma at American Falls High School.
