Stephanie Holder, MBA, has extensive experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, accounting, and purchasing functions. Stephanie has held leadership positions such as HR Finance and Administrative Manager and HR Financial Analyst Lead at Travis County. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at TML MultiState Intergovernmental Employee Benefits Pool as an Account Analyst-Accounts Payable and at TML Intergovernmental Employee Benefits Pool in various roles.
