Isaiah W.

Isaiah W. is a professional with a strong background in customer service and community engagement, currently serving as a Survivor Benefits Specialist at Travis Credit Union since February 2019. In this role, Isaiah processes transactions for deceased members' accounts and collaborates with estate attorneys and administrators to manage the decedent's estate. Previously, Isaiah worked as a Financial Service Representative at the same credit union, focusing on providing excellent service and promoting financial literacy through community events. Isaiah's experience also includes a teaching fellowship at Breakthrough Collaborative, where humanities curriculum was designed to enhance students' critical thinking skills, and as a Program Coordinator at Habitot Children's Museum, responsible for creating community-focused events and providing exceptional guest services. Isaiah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Women's Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained in 2021.
