Denita White, M.Ed, is a seasoned education and leadership professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing programs that foster personal growth, equity, and resilience. Currently serving as the Leadership Development Manager at Travis Manion Foundation, Denita designs values-based leadership programs while integrating adult learning principles and inclusive practices. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Wright Strategies Co, Denita enhances organizational alignment and team resilience. Additionally, Denita is engaged as a Breathe For Change Teacher, focusing on wellness and social-emotional learning. Previous roles include Manager of Learning and Development at The Mission Continues and Manager of Equity Content at Tulsa Public Schools. Denita’s educational background includes a Master of Education in Administration and Curriculum Supervision from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
