Catherine Castillo-Soto

Catherine Castillo-Soto currently serves as the Business Development Director and previously held the role of Commercial & Strategy Director at Travis Perkins Managed Services since December 2022. Prior experience at Travis Perkins includes Programme Director from January 2021 to January 2024 and a series of roles focused on business readiness and commercial project management from September 2012 to January 2019. Catherine also held the position of Programme Director and Board member at Keyline Civils Specialist, contributing to the integration of Rudridge Ltd and strategic planning. Earlier roles span various management positions in leading retail companies including Dixons Retail, BHS, Tesco, and Sainsburys, focusing on category management and buying. Catherine holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from The Open University and has degrees in Retail Management and Industrial Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and Queen's University Belfast, respectively.
