Lee Baldwin ACMA CGMA has over 30 years of work experience, starting as a Trainee Accountant at Mark J Rees in 1988. Lee then worked as an Assistant Accountant at Hearts of Oak Insurance Group for seven years before joining Aggregate Industries as a Management Accountant in 1997. Lee joined Travis Perkins plc in 2001 as a Regional Management Accountant and went on to hold various roles, including Management Accountant, Senior Commercial Accountant, Finance Manager, FP&A Manager, and Finance Reporting Manager. Lee was also involved in major projects, such as the replacement of core systems and the disposal of the Plumbing & Heating Division. Currently, Lee is the Finance Modernisation Workstream Lead for Inventory at Travis Perkins, responsible for implementing a finance system and improving processes and controls.
