Robin Gerritsen has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Xerox, starting as a Team Leader and eventually becoming a Client Team Manager and Delivery Manager. Robin'sresponsibilities included optimizing customer contact centers, stakeholder management, relationship management, and financial forecasts.

In 2014, Gerritsen joined Tempo-Team as the Director of Central Delivery, where they focused on optimizing a national delivery model for large accounts. Robin also served as the Director of Recruitment, responsible for setting up and optimizing regional recruitment and improving the recruitment and selection process for job seekers.

In 2018, they joined Randstad Group Netherlands as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where they worked on optimizing the recruitment and selection process for the entire group. Simultaneously, Gerritsen worked as a Director of Customer Experience at Tempo-Team, ensuring an enjoyable work environment for employees.

In 2020, Gerritsen established their own consultancy company, Robin Gerritsen Consultancy, where they provided consulting, training, and coaching services focused on leadership and cultural programs. Robin'swork aimed to improve employee turnover, absenteeism, agility, and performance.

Most recently, Gerritsen assumed the role of Head of Sales at TRAVIS Road Services in 2021.

Robin Gerritsen has a strong educational background in psychology, particularly in the fields of Work and Organizational Psychology as well as Industrial and Organizational Psychology. From 2006 to 2010, Robin studied at Tilburg University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Building on this foundation, Robin pursued further education at Tilburg University from 2010 to 2011 and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Work and Organizational Psychology.

In addition to formal degrees, Robin has also obtained various certifications and completed training programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge. These certifications include Sales Training: Acquisition by phone from Coach + Result B.V., NLP Master Practitioner from the NLP Academie, Geaccrediteerd Insights Practitioner from Insights Benelux, and Leading Transformation in the Digital Age from the London Business School. Robin also completed the Nlp practitioner program at the NLP Academie, Service Design Thinking Facilitation Training from the Design Thinking Academy (DTA), and became a Certified Behavioural Designer through the SUE Behavioural Design Academy.

Furthermore, Robin has participated in the Developing & Coaching People Program offered by Linkage and completed training programs in High-performance Communication - Speak To Inspire & Powerful Communications through Stand & Deliver.
