Katie Smith

Katie Smith has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at TravisMathew Apparel since November 2021. Previously, Katie worked as an Operations Assistant at Hull & Company and held various HR roles at Hurley from 2007 to 2019, including HR Representative, HR Coordinator, and Human Resources Senior Administrator. Responsibilities at Hurley included onboarding new hires, managing employee relations, and facilitating HRIS transitions, among other tasks. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Fullerton, earned in May 2005.
