Dilek Cilingir

Dilek Cilingir has a long history of working in the technology industry. Dilek started their career in 1990 as an Application Developer at Santral Holding. In 1993, they became a Database & System Administrator at Hurriyet Gazetesi. In 1995, they moved to TurkPetrol Holding as an Application Developer. From 1996 to 2006, they worked at Turkcell in various roles, including Project Manager for International Projects, Project Manager, Application Development Manager, and Database Administrator. In 2006, they became a Principal Program Manager at Turkcell, managing the Total Telecom Service Provider Program (Turkcell Telco Cloud), Virtual Server (IaaS), Backup as a Service, Corporate Mail, Managed Security, M2M, Network VPN, Voice (IP Centrex & Mobile OBX), Storage as a Service, and PaaS. In 2015, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Trawell Data Services Inc. and Principal Technical Consultant at Mr.Lama, Alcebra Consultancy House, Kyros Mobile.

Dilek Cilingir has a diverse educational background. In 1990, they began their studies at Istanbul University, where they studied Computer Programming until 1992. Dilek then continued their studies at Istanbul University, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science Engineering in 1995. In 2020, they completed a Certificate in Quantum Computing from The Coding School.
