Scott Dobbins

Scott Dobbins has over 17 years of experience in software development and IT operations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at Trawick International since August 2017, Scott leads software and technology architecture initiatives. Previously, between August 2014 and August 2017, Scott worked as a Senior Software Consultant for the Mississippi Secretary of State, where responsibilities included being the lead developer and architect for various web-based systems utilizing .NET architecture. Additionally, from September 2006 to September 2012, Scott held the role of Senior Software Developer/Architect at ACO Information System Inc, leading the development of the flexible, component-based STAR System primarily using a commercial off-the-shelf framework.
