Michele Brogna

Michele Brogna is a Customer Operations Manager EMEA at Trax Technologies, where they currently oversee operational excellence in customer service. Previously, they held roles as a Client Delivery Executive at Trax Group and as a Production Scheduler at Bunge Loders Croklaan. Michele has also contributed to XPO Logistics Europe as a Coordinator for the V.A.S. Team and as a Senior CSR. They earned a Master of Science in Finance from Università degli Studi di Siena and completed an Erasmus Scholarship at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.
