Bill Gryzenia

Mr. Gryzenia was Chief Executive Officer of Carlyle portfolio company AxleTech International, culminating in the August 2019 sale of AxleTech to Allison Transmission and Meritor. Prior to almost five years in this role with AxleTech, Mr. Gryzenia served as Vice President and General Manager of Dana Holding Corporation’s global on-highway and off-highway aftermarket business. Prior to his work at Dana, he was Vice President, Aftermarket for AxleTech International and Director of Business Development with Apexon, Inc., a supply-chain software company based in Silicon Valley. Early in his career, Mr. Gryzenia served is a variety of business development and general management leadership roles with the Harnischfeger Corporation in South America and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Bill holds an engineering degree from the University of Michigan and an IMBA from the University of Chicago.
