Dennis Weese

Dennis Weese, NACD.DC, possesses extensive executive experience across various industries, currently serving as Chairman of the Board and member of the Board of Directors at West Point Optical Group, LLC, the largest Pearle Vision franchisee. Weese is a Limited Partner at Thayer Ventures, focusing on technology investments in travel and hospitality. Previously, Weese held leadership roles including President at IXS Coatings, President at Cash America International, Inc., Chief Operating Officer at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, and VP of New Business Development at Bath & Body Works, Inc. Weese's earlier career includes serving as Director of Operations for Yum! Brands and a Captain in the US Army.
