Additionally, an independent lighting designer from 1998 to 2007, Doug has held roles including Warehouse Manager at Datakeep, Inc., where management of a vast inventory of corporate records was crucial. Doug's background also includes serving as Production Manager and Lighting Designer at Luma: Theatre of Light. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Music from New College of Florida.
