Hank Layton

Hank Layton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hank is currently employed as the Senior Director of Customer Onboarding at TraXtion since January 2022. Previously, they worked at TPI, LLC where they held multiple roles, including Implementation Manager and Director of Customer Support from August 2015 to September 2016. Before that, they worked at CompuCom from January 2006 to January 2015, starting as a Technical Services Analyst and later becoming a Technical Manager. Hank's earliest work experience can be traced back to 2001 when they served as a Flight Controller and NOCC Manager at Allegiance Telecom. Lastly, they were the NOC Manager at CapRock Communications from June 2000 to February 2001.

Hank Layton attended Texas State Technical Institute from 1982 to 1983 and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Maintenance Technology. In 2009, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundations certification.
