Your Mission
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work diligently to build pipeline and strategy for selling to US based customers. You will be the architect of our EMEA go-to-market strategy as you work collaboratively across teams, delivering value propositions that will highlight the rewards of AI-enabled automation when customers have the power of Tray in their own hands.
Reporting to the CRO, you’ll build and manage pipeline growth, implement strategy for acquiring new customers, and manage your own book of business for both retention and expansion purposes.

Tray.io is a remote-first work force, with an office in the Bay Area. We are prioritizing applications within a commutable distance of our office, with an expectation of employees working out of the office once per week.

Salary
If hired in the state of California, the on target total compensation for this role is $320,000-$360,000 annually.
Our salary range is based on paying competitively for our size, industry, and location of the role, and are one part of many other compensation, benefit and reward opportunities we provide, including stock options.
Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
