Manoj Vembu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Manoj is currently the Director at TRST01 since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Global Business Development at Rubix Network, a L1 blockchain Protocol, from 2022. In 2021, they held the position of Managing Director at VRV Global Pte Ltd, where they focused on developing a sustainable supply chain in the agro commodities space. Manoj also worked as the Group Director at Hokasa Group in the same year. From 2016 to 2021, Manoj served as the Director of Finance and Strategy at Global Trade Well Pte Ltd, where they played a crucial role in expanding the company's business and financial strategies. Before that, they worked at Louisiana Economic Development as the Chief Representative (India) - International Commerce, overseeing trade policies between India and the US. Manoj also has experience as the Founder & Vice President of MCA Management Consultants Ltd, where they established three strategic business units. Manoj'searly career includes roles at Manohar Chowdhry & Associates, Chartered Accountants, and Berdon LLP as an Audit Senior.

Manoj Vembu obtained an Executive Certification in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Chartered Accountancy degree in Commerce & Accounts from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1999 to 2003. Manoj also earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce from the University of Madras during the same time period. In 1999, Manoj Vembu pursued a PG Diploma in Advanced Software programming & Database Management from CMC Corporation. Manoj completed their High School education at Vailankanni Matriculation Higher Secondary School from 1989 to 1999, and their Primary education at Jaigopal Garodia Hindu Vidyalaya School from 1984 to 1989.
