Adam Ralph, CEM has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Adam began their career as a Mechanical Engineer in the Equipment Division of Traylor Bros., Inc. from May 2004 to September 2005. Following this, they worked as a Field Engineer for the Traylor-Shea Joint Venture from September 2005 to October 2010. Adam then joined Vesuvius USA as a Project Manager from October 2010 to July 2014. Adam returned to Traylor Bros., Inc. as a Fleet Maintenance Engineer from July 2014 to September 2017, and subsequently served as the Corporate Equipment Superintendent from September 2017 to January 2022. Currently, they are the Equipment Division Manager at Traylor Bros., Inc., responsible for profit and loss and overseeing all procurement and operational activities.
Adam Ralph, CEM, obtained their degree in Mechanical from Purdue University in 2004. In addition to their education, they have also obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Equipment Manager (CEM) from the Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP), Mobile Crane Inspector from the Crane Institute of America, LLC, and Certified Mobile Crane Operator from the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO). Adam has also earned certifications in First-Aid, CPR, and AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
