H. Ali Khater, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. H. Ali currently holds the role of Stations Sr. Lead Engineer / Project Engineer at Traylor Bros., Inc., where they are responsible for developing work plans, coordinating work activities, conducting quality control inspections, and monitoring project budgets. H. Ali Khater, P.E. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering with a focus in Civil Engineering from UC San Diego, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. H. Ali has since acquired various certifications, including being a Professional Engineer (PE) certified by the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists and the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in 2022. In 2019, they also obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Civil Construction from NCEES. Additionally, H. Ali Khater has certifications as a Level 2 Multistrand & Grouted PT Specialist from the Post-Tensioning Institute in 2018, a Construction Manager in Training (C.M.I.T.) from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in 2015, an Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) from NCEES in 2013, and a Small Unmanned Aircraft System Pilot from the U.S. Department of Transportation in 2017.
