Harshna Kapashi

Harshna Kapashi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Harshna is currently working as the Director of Engineering at Trayt.Health, starting in March 2022.

Prior to that, from March 2020 to March 2022, Harshna worked as a Software Development Manager - BaseHealth Analytics at Genalyte, Inc.

From May 2016 to March 2020, they worked at BaseHealth, Inc. as a Software Development Manager. Harshna played a key role in designing and developing the patented core product, a genetic and comprehensive disease risk engine. Harshna also led innovation by exploring new technologies and managed a team of engineers.

Before joining BaseHealth, Harshna worked at Hara as a Senior Software Developer from February 2011 to May 2013. Harshna contributed to developing the Reporting Framework using XML, RESTful Web Services, JAXB, and HQL.

Their early experience includes working as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from August 2006 to May 2010. Harshna designed and developed web applications using the Struts framework and various web technologies.

Harshna Kapashi attended Nirma Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology.
