Kevin Caress has a diverse work experience in the architecture and construction industry. Most recently, they worked as a Project Architect at Three Rivers Corporation since March 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Project Engineer at Kaiser Permanente from June 2015 to March 2020.

From 2010 to 2015, Caress was a Project Manager at Newman Garrison + Partners, where they worked on various multi-family and mixed-use projects in West Hollywood. kevin was responsible for coordinating with consultants and the owner, as well as detailing unique building systems.

Before that, from 2003 to 2009, Caress held the role of Associate/Senior Job Captain at Thomas Cox Architects (TCA). kevin managed teams and worked closely with the design team and studio directors on multi-family and mixed-use projects. kevin also oversaw the contract documents and conducted coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

Caress started their career as a Draftsman at Wood Engineering in 1994 and then worked as a Senior Draftsman at JRMA from 1997 to 2000. kevin also worked as a Planning Department Project Manager at Cal State Long Beach (CSULB) from 2000 to 2002 and as a Job Captain at Scheuer Architects in 2003.

Kevin Caress attended ITT Technical Institute from 1993 to 1995, where they pursued an Associates of Applied Science degree in Autocad.
