Shannon Hanley, CSP has over 25 years of work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Shannon started their career as a Staffing Specialist at Norell Staffing Services in 1993 and then moved on to work as a Staffing Coordinator at AppleOne Employment Services in 1996. In the same year, they joined Staffmark as a Branch Manager. After a year, they were promoted to the role of Director of Operations at Staffmark and held the position from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they worked at Rust-Oleum Corporation as an Accounts Payable/Customer Service Manager from 2006 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Axiom Staffing Group as an Operations Manager and held the role until 2015. Currently, they are working as the Director of Major Accounts at TRC Staffing Services, Inc. from 2015 onwards.

Shannon Hanley, CSP, received their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Florida State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Dunwoody High School in 1988. Shannon later pursued further education and obtained a SHRM certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Kennesaw State University, beginning in 2020. Additionally, Shannon Hanley obtained a Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association in June 2017.
