Paul Deal

Paul Deal is the Director of Sales at TRC Staffing Services, Inc. and a Board Member at Places for People, Inc. Previously, he owned Floor Coverings International, a boutique flooring company offering in-home consultation services. He has a background in marketing, business development, and Lean Enterprise initiatives from his time at Stupp Bros., Nidec Motor Corporation, and Emerson Motor Company. Paul holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University.
