Courtney Young

Courtney Young has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and HR. Courtney currently works at TRC Companies, Inc., starting as an HRIS & HR Operations Intern in January 2021. Courtney then transitioned to the role of HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator in May 2021, followed by a promotion to Talent Acquisition Lead in November 2021. Courtney is currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead. Prior to their role at TRC, Courtney worked at State Farm as a Customer Service Sales Representative from June 2013 to August 2016.

Courtney Young obtained a degree in Human Resource Development with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston, which they attended from 2017 to 2021. In addition, they obtained a certification in Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn.
