Jenny Moczygemba

Jenny Moczygemba, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Jenny currently works at TRC Companies, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they focus on aligning HR programs with business goals and advising leaders and managers on implementing business strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director and Director of Human Resources at TRC Companies, Inc. In their earlier career, Jenny worked as an HR Business Partner at TRC Companies, Inc., a Manager of Human Resources at PeopleAdmin, and an HRIS/Benefits/HR Business Partner at Sonic Healthcare USA. Jenny also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Clinical Pathology Laboratories. Jenny is knowledgeable in employee relations, policy interpretation, and legal awareness.

Jenny Moczygemba, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Relations and Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. In 2009 to 2010, they completed the Human Resource Management Program at The University of Texas at Austin. Jenny also holds additional certifications, including the SHRM-SCP obtained in March 2017 from SHRM and the Senior Professional in Human Resources obtained in March 2017 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
