Robert Baggett has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Robert is currently working as the Sr. Military Talent Acquisition Lead at TRC Companies, Inc., where they provide civil engineering services. Prior to this, they worked at Aramco for several years, serving as a Supervisor and later as a Sr. HR Advisor. Robert also has a strong military background, having served in the Army National Guard as a Recruiting & Retention Sr Enlisted Advisor and a Recruiting & Retention Team Leader. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Professor of Military Science and an Infantry Small Unit Leader & State Special Reaction Team Member. Before their time in the National Guard, Robert served as an Infantry Team Leader in the US Marine Corps. Overall, Robert has extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR advisory, employee relations, training program development, and leadership development.
Robert Baggett completed their Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from American Military University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from McNeese State University, which they attended from 2000 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, they have also earned certifications such as the Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
