Joel Mullinax

Joel Mullinax has a diverse work experience in the utility industry. Joel began their career at X-Line Utility Services, Inc. in 2002 as a Distribution Designer. Joel then joined Owens & Minor, Inc. in 2009 as an O&M. In 2010, they moved to Utility Support Systems, Inc. (USS) where they worked as a Project Manager until 2013. Since 2013, Joel has been working at TRC Companies, Inc. where they have held various roles including Distribution Engineering Supervisor, Manager for Attachment Services, Distribution Operations Manager, Distribution Operations Director, and currently, as the Vice President of Distribution Operations.

Joel Mullinax has attended Georgia State University Perimeter College, United States Army Schools & Centers where they studied Ordnance, and Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management where they focused on Business Administration, Management and Operations.
