Justin Hanzel-Durbin Pe

Justin Hanzel-Durbin PE, QSD began their work experience in 2004 as a Project Engineer at AMEC. After working there for nine years, they joined TRC Companies, Inc. in 2013 as an Office Practice Leader and Principal Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Engineer / Program Manager at TRC Companies, Inc.

Justin Hanzel-Durbin PE, QSD attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering. Justin has additional certifications as a Qualified SWPPP Practitioner and Qualified SWPPP Developer from the California Regional Water Resources Board, obtained in 2020. Justin is also a California Registered Professional Engineer (Civil), certified by the California Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in December 2019.
