Kim Grubert

Kim Grubert is the Associate Director of Climate Risk & Resilience at TRC Companies, where they leverage TCFD and TNFD frameworks to assist organizations in identifying and managing climate and nature-related risks. They earned a Master of Environmental Management in Coastal Environmental Management from Duke University and have previously held roles such as Natural Resource Planner IV at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and Sea Turtle Habitat Modeling Consultant at Duke University. Kim has also contributed to various projects across different sectors, focusing on climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies. Prior to their current position, they worked extensively in coastal policy and advocacy, including as a Coastal Policy Fellow with North Carolina Sea Grant.
