Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) activate the body's natural de-stress mechanism by releasing and relaxing the psoas muscle (our fight /flight/ freeze muscle). This allows our bodies to shake off deeply held stresses and physical traumas ranging from work/ business / family issues, to PTSD and Complex PTSD related to seriously traumatic events. 

TRE is a physical and mental health treatment, since our bodies are wholistic, meaning that anything we experience is automatically experienced and processed mentally and physically. We cannot separate one from the other. Anyone having talk therapy for stress / trauma will usually find TRE a complementary healing component, as the body releases those things that the mind and prefrontal cortex have processed and understood. 

We offer TRE sessions in groups, private groups, and private one to one sessions.
