Lina Elmquist

Lina Elmquist is an experienced technical leader in telecommunications, currently serving as the Technical Lead for Service Management Systems at Hi3G Access AB since December 2011, where responsibilities include managing signaling solutions and overseeing network quality across 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. Prior experience encompasses roles as a Network Performance Specialist and Performance Management Engineer at 3GIS, where Lina conducted investigations and partnered with network development teams to enhance performance and implement new features. Additionally, Lina has worked as a Performance Management Engineer at 3GNS AB, a Performance Management RAN Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks, and engaged in part-time network planning at Tele2.
