Haley Rath

Haley Sessions, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc., since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Assurance Senior at EY from September 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading meetings on testing strategies, implementing data analytics programs, and managing multiple regulatory review projects. Previously, Haley held the position of Assurance Staff at EY, performing walkthroughs, control tests, and substantive workpaper reviews. Initial accounting exposure was obtained through internships at EY and International Paper, where documentation and data analysis were primary tasks. Haley holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Accounting, and Finance from Rhodes College.
