John T. Treace

John Treace has a wide range of experience in various roles within the medical and sales industries. John started their career in 1971 as the VP of Sales & Marketing at Richards Medical. John later became a distributor for Smith & Nephew before moving on to Xomed Medtronic Surgical Products, where they served as the Sr. VP of Sales and played a significant role in preparing the company to go public. In 2000, Treace joined Wright Medical Technology as the EVP of North American Sales, where they restructured the sales force and successfully took the company public. John founded Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. in 2010 and assumed the roles of Founder and CEO. John also authored a book called "Nuts & Bolts of Sales Management, How to Build a High-Velocity Sales Organization" and wrote a bi-monthly column for Inc Magazine.

John Treace attended The University of Memphis from 1961 to 1964. During this time, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Psychology & Biology, with a focus on business.
