Rachel Osbeck

Rachel Osbeck is an accomplished professional in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. since October 2015. Rachel has held various senior positions within the company, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs. Prior to her tenure at Treace, Rachel was the Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance at Biomet Microfixation from August 2007 to October 2015, and held multiple roles focusing on quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Rachel worked as a QA/QC Manager at Vital Pharma from November 2004 to August 2007. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Indianapolis, earned between 1999 and 2003.
