David Pidgeon

David Pidgeon, MBA, has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Their most recent position was as the Director of Operations at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc., starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Consumable Equipment Supply Chain at STERIS from November 2021 to July 2022. David also held roles at Cantel, A STERIS Company, including Senior Manager of Planning from August 2020 to November 2021 and Production Planning Manager from May 2019 to August 2020. Before joining STERIS, David served as the Co-Owner and COO of RTF LLC from June 2018 to April 2019. Their earlier experience includes positions at Ecolab, where they worked in various production and planning roles from 2010 to 2018, as well as roles at Orbital Technologies and Flint Hills Resources in 2008.

David Pidgeon, MBA completed their Executive MBA (CEMBA) at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2004 to 2006.
